Refunds

Please note that refunds are generally not possible for our services. As we provide permanent drivers on booking, once a booking is made and the service is provided, refunds will not be issued. However, we understand that situations may arise where you are not completely satisfied with the driver provided or if the driver leaves unexpectedly.

Exchanges

In the event that you are not satisfied with the driver provided or if the driver leaves unexpectedly, we offer the option to exchange the driver for another one, subject to availability. Please contact us immediately at sunrisedriverservices@gmail.com to request an exchange. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement for your needs.
